Social Media: Anderson Analytics Reveals Users’ Habits – Advertising Age – Digital.
According to this article, I’m into sex, soap operas and vegging out. Really? I consider myself pretty average in department one, haven’t really followed a soap since college (and we won’t mention how long ago that was) and though I aspire to vegging, find it extremely difficult to achieve.
The article does have some very interesting stats, however. Here are a few:
- LinkedIn “has the only user group with more males than females”.
- Facebook users are late adopters of Social Media but loyal.
- Twitterers are more entrepreneurial than other Social Media users.
- MySpacers are more likely to be black or Hispanic compared to the other major Social Media sites.
Read the full article and get a sense of who is where. Then decide whether or not you – and your business – need to join the crowd. Or, you bigBUZZness can do it for you affordably.
